Job Description:We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing professional to be a part of our Digital marketing team who has the ability to think creatively and strategically and drive solid results to grow the business. As a Senior Digital Marketing Professional, you will create and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve the company's marketing objectives. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work with other departments to ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, including content creators, social media managers, and PPC specialists.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with the overall company strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company's marketing strategy.
Requirements / Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
- Understanding of web development and design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Master's degree in marketing or business.
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot or Marketo.
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting revenue.
