IndiWork to Co-Sponsor Laszlo Fischer Foundation Inaugural Golf Tournament to Support Youth Housing in Foster Care System.

IndiWork is excited to announce that we will be one of the sponsors for a charity event for the Laszlo Fischer Foundation Inaugural Golf Tournament, which will be held on May 12th at PGA National Champion Course. Proceeds from this golf tournament will provide housing for youth aged out of the foster care system. This particular group of young people is at risk for homelessness when they turn 18. I recently met a young woman named Nicole, who aged out of foster care without being adopted. While she has overcome some of life’s most challenging obstacles and is currently enrolled in college, she told me that many other kids aged out of foster care become homeless, drug or alcohol addicted, incarcerated, or, sadly, committed suicide.
